1. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (PUBLIC HEALTH)

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management.

Experience: Two years relevant work experience training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001: 200/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organisation will be preferred.

Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.

2. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

Educational Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent)

Experience: Two years experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration / Training and experience of implementing a recognized Quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/ Six/ Sigma /Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred.

3. SENIOR TUBERCULOSIS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (STLS), RNTCP

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from any discipline and DMLT or equivalent.

Candidates must have permanents two wheeler driving License and Certificate course in Computer Application.

Candidates must have atleast 50% marks in all requisite qualification.

Experience: Minimum one year experience in health service related activities specially RNTCP /Related to Tuberculosis.

Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2017.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.

4. PROGRAMME CUM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (NQAP)

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree of any discipline and fluency in MS Office Package with knowledge of Accountancy.

Experience: One year experience of managing support to Health Programme /NHM.

5. HOSPITAL ATTENDANT

West Bengal ITI admission 2017 application form, important dates, test pattern

West Bengal State Council of Technical Education is inviting applications for West Bengal ITI admission 2017 for admission in government and private ITI/ITC/Jr. Polytechnic for the academic session commencing from August 2017. Admission to all courses offered by these institutes will be made through Common entrance test 2017 (CET 2017). Read on to know West Bengal ITI admission 2017 eligibility criteria, application procedure, application fee, test pattern, important dates and other details on West Bengal ITI admission 2017.

West Bengal ITI admission 2017 eligibility criteria

Trade courses are divided under two groups- E Group & M Group. Applicant can apply for Admission in any one of the above groups as per his/her eligibility as mentioned below.

Age limit– Applicant should be minimum 14 years of age as on 01.08.2017. There is no upper-age limit to apply for the courses.

Educational qualification for E group trades– Candidate must have passed VIII (8th class) examination from any school located in West Bengal under any recognized council or board.

Educational qualification for M group trades– Candidate must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any school located in West Bengal under any recognized council or board. Candidates who do not pass the exam with Science and Math are not eligible to apply for engineering trade courses.

How to apply for West Bengal ITI admission 2017

Candidates can apply through online application avialble at http://www.wbscvt.net/ from 30th January, 2017. However a print copy of filled up online application form needs to be downloaded from the website and to be submitted at any nearby form selling centers along with application fee of Rs.330/- in cash (For Kanyashree enrolled candidates the online application fees will be @Rs.165/-) per application form. Last date for submission of filled in application form through online along-with the application fees is 7th April, 2017 up to 4.00 P.M. Candidates passing from any Board other than West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, a verification Charge of Rs.100/- (for both OMR or on-line application) for’M’Group should be deposited at the time of admission in the concerned Govt. ITI/ITC/JP. Those candidates who will appear Madhyamik or equivalent examination during the year 2017 need not fill col. No. 16(A&B) during filling up of Application form (on-line/OMR)

Candidates can also obtain Blank OMR application forms along with information brochure @Rs.350/- in cash (For Kanyashree enrolled candidates the application fees will be @Rs.175/-) from all Government ITIs, Government ITIs operated under PPP mode, Government Polytechnics, Govt. sponsored and Self-financed Polytechnics and VTCs starting tentatively from 30th January 2017 on all working days from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Submit the Filled up application form at any of the form selling centers in person only. Tentative Last date for submission of filled in application form will be on 7th April, 2017 up to 4.00 P.M.

• Last date to submit the Application form (Online/OMR)- 7th April, 2017.
• Probable date of issuance of admit card for Common Entrance Test (CET-2017)- 10th May, 2017.
• Date of Common Entrance Test (CET-2017) for both “M” & “E” Group applicants- 04th June 2017 from 12.00 Noon
• Probable date of publication of Final Merit List through web portal- 20th June, 2017.

West Bengal ITI admission 2017 test pattern

Applicants for both “M”&”E” Group of trades are to appear in separate Common Entrance Test of Two Hour
duration, on 04th June 2017 (SUNDAY) at 12 noon.

The subjects of Common Entrance Test (CET-2017) for M Group, will be Science, Mathematics, English & General Awareness upto Madhyamik or equivalent standard.

The subjects of Common Entrance Test (CET-2017) for E Group will be Science, Mathematics, English & General Awareness upto Class VIII standard.
